XPrize Offers $1m Prize to Anyone Who Launches Rapper b.O.b. into Orbit

Celebrity and astrophysicist, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, seen here next to a complete f#$(ing idiot.

The scientifically minded and monetarily incentivized prize competition, XPrize, has announced a one million USD prize to the first company or private citizen that can launch rapper and noted flat-earther, b.O.b., into low earth orbit.

The rapper, who has started a public feud/rap battle with Neil Degrasse Tyson, Astrophysicist to the Stars and the Stars, is an outspoken critic of the popularly held belief that the earth is round.

XPrize says that by launching the rapper into a low earth orbit, or at least just high enough for him to see the curvature of the earth, it should prove to the skeptical poet and his fellow flat-earthers that he was indeed born on a giant sphere tumbling through the cosmos. XPrize did not mention returning the recording artist safely back to terra firma as a requirement to claim the prize.

If you wish to see more on this story Fox News will be hosting a panel consisting of three flat-earthers and one astrophysicist tonight to dispute the evidence on both sides of this tepid “round earth” theory. After all every opinion is equally valid and worthy of the same respect no matter how many scientists agree one way or another.
