Earlier, Youtube was down and users across the world were left complaining that they could not access the video channel and this caused outrage among many.
YouTube has not said what caused the outage.
At 7.11 am, YouTube posted a tweet acknowledged the outage. "We're working on resolving this and will let you know once fixed", the Team YouTube account says. YouTube later apologized, saying there was a "miscommunication" and the issue has now been fully resolved.
