Students pray in Mae Sai Prasitsart school as an ongoing search for members of an under-16 soccer team and their coach who went missing in a flooded cave continues, in the northern province of Chiang Rai, Thailand.
"I'm so glad they were found alive and well", said Seth Daranuwat of Allston.
The falling water level in the cave has helped the rescue effort, Chiang Rai's governor, Narongsak Osatanakorn, said on Saturday evening.
It was particularly hard for the rescuers to locate them because the cave system consists of dark, narrow bends that sometimes fit only one person, Ben Reymenants, one of the divers involved in the search, told Sky News. The other option is to keep the boys in the cave until the water levels recede, which many experts say is the best option. A fellow boy tells him they already said this, and then the rescuer assures them that "Navy SEALs will come tomorrow, with food and doctors and everything".
Rescue divers had spent much of Monday making preparations for a final push to find the boys, aged 11 to 16, and the 25-year-old coach. They ask what day it is. "You are very strong".
"We surveyed all areas and there were reported to be about 20, and out of that there are about 10 with the possibility of having shafts", Gov. Narongsak said.
The statement said an Australian Federal Police Specialist Response Group team of six divers is continuing to assist the rescue operation.

Priyanka Chopra gushes over Nick Jonas in Instagram snap in India
Worldwide media has been reporting that the "pair" is now visiting Priyanka's mother, as the actress wanted Jonas to meet her. Ranbir opted for the monochrome outfit and posed with his friend Ayan Mukherji, While Alia looked resplendent in a pink sari.
A loud cheer was heard as soon as Narongsak Osotthanakorn, commander of the search mission and governor of Chiang Rai province, where the cave is located, told a press briefing that the members of the missing group were all alive.
So far, rescuers have been able to pump excess water from the cave and divert groundwater as well while searching for a safe way to reach the team. The group was discovered by British divers Richard Stanton and John Volanthen about 400 m (440 yds) beyond a chamber nicknamed Pattaya Beach.
If the children are to be brought out before then, they will have to learn basic diving skills.
"If the children are to be brought out before then, they will have to learn basic diving skills to safely get through the risky corridors of muddy, zero-visibility waters as attempts to pump the water levels lower have so far not been successful", an Army official told BBC. That could take as long as months, however, given that Thailand's rainy season typically lasts through October. An official Australian group has now followed a US military team, British cave experts, Chinese lifesaving responders and several other volunteer groups from various countries.
"The ability to try to pull the boys through those areas with any diving equipment is incredibly challenging", he said. Several fissures were found and teams have explored some, though none led to the missing group. "The Royal Thai Government and the Thai people are grateful for this support and co-operation, and we all wish the team a safe and speedy recovery".
"We will look after them until they can return to school".
In addition to food and medical supplies, the boys have been given access to telephone lines so that they can talk to their families.
