Judge Kiyo Matsumoto has most recently ordered the infamous "Pharma Bro" to forfeit a lofty $7.36 million in assets, which will include his rare copy of the Wu-Tang album.
Along with the Wu-Tang Clan "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" album that Shkreli has boasted he bought for $2 million, he would have to give up $5 million in cash in a brokerage account.
Judge Kiyo Matsumoto ruled that in order for Shkreli - whose lawyer said he was completely cash-broke a year ago - to reach the award amount he must forfeit the interest in a series of so-called "substitute" assets.
Shkreli is scheduled to be sentenced for securities fraud on Friday.
