Lindy Lou Layman, 29, has been charged with criminal mischief in Houston, Texas, after prosecutors say her first date with Anthony Buzbee, a prominent Texas attorney and collector of art, took a turn for the destructive on December 23, KTRK reports.

Among the list of masterpieces reportedly damaged by the woman were two Andy Warhol paintings valued at $500,000 each. That's when Buzbee called a second Uber driver. Lindy Lou Layman, 29, is accused of damaging three paintings and two sculptures at the home of Anthony Buzbee, lawyer who is well known in the Houston area.

When the Uber arrived, however, Buzbee claims Layman hid in his home so she could stay.

Per the data read in court, Layman was forceful toward the second Uber driver, strolled again into Buzbee's home and yelled, "I'm not clearing out". She has since been released after posting a $30,000 bond.

Carey was also criticized for a performance she did during the 2014 "Christmas in Rockefeller Center" tree-lighting ceremony. Obviously this performance set the internet ablaze, making Mariah Carey the first viral pop culture figure of the New Year.

At least one of the paintings was by Warhol and the total cost of the damage was more than $1.5 million, Houston TV station KHOU reported.

Then Buzzbee called Layman a second Uber, prosecutors said in court on December 27.

Buzbee recently made headlines for parking a tank outside his mansion, sparking a fight with his homeowners' association and, according to Buzbee's Facebook, a rash of tickets.
