It didn't take long for the WWE to take action after it was learned that Cruiserweight competitor of 205 Live roster member Rich Swann was connected to and being charged with a kidnapping and false imprisonment charge on Sunday morning.
Swann made his WWE television debut in January 2016, and would go on to participate in the Cruiserweight Classic tournament that was held during the summer of previous year.
WWE has a 0 tolerance policy concerning this kind of thing and Swann was indefinitely suspended following the release of this police report. His wife - whose name is Vannarah Riggs but goes by Su Yung - had wrestled earlier. The couple lives in Orlando.
Swann "critiqued" her performance and the pair began arguing.
Swann allegedly grabbed his wife by the arm, put her in a headlock and dragged her back to the vehicle. They both said they saw Swann chase Riggs down after she got out of the auto and forcibly put her back into the vehicle. He began to bring her back to the auto as she screamed for help. Wit 2 saw the Vic jump out of the vehicle while it was moving and run away.

Jadhav's mother, wife to meet him on December 25
He added that "further modalities of the meeting" will be worked out in consultation with the wife and mother of Jadhav. The Pakistan foreign office in a tweet had said that it had received India's reply to Pakistan's humanitarian offer.
Yung later stated Swann "has a temper sometimes" and she fled the situation because she feared physical violence.
A witness told police that Swann didn't park the vehicle and that it crashed into a telephone pole.
Swann will appear in court Monday.
Swann was set to face Drew Gulak on Raw in a match to determine the #1 contender for Enzo Amore's Cruiserweight Championship, though that match is obviously cancelled at this point. He is also being charged with Battery, which is a first degree misdemeanor that is punishable with up to one year in jail or 12 months probation and a $1,000 fine if convicted. Thankfully, his wife was able to escape by opening the door while the auto was only slowly moving.
